The body’s biorhythms switch to recovery mode around six in the evening. Therefore, the sooner you help them in the form of active beauty ingredients, the better. Don’t wait until the very end. Cleanse and moisturize your skin as soon as you get home.
Well, a lot has been said and written about the benefits of early lights out. “An hour of sleep before midnight is equal to two hours after” – do not forget about the popular saying. But if you can’t go to bed at 22:00, get a “smart” alarm clock that will wake you up at the most comfortable time in terms of biorhythms.
Make friends with scrubs and body creams
Rough feet and rough elbows look messy and reduce the quality of life. Few people like to cling to clothes and underwear with their skin.
