The new restaurant, recently opened, is located under the protection of the Ritz Carlton South Beach hotel complex, located in the heart of South Beach in the North American city of Miami.

The kitchen of the new flagship of Spanish gastronomy in “La Florida”, will be led by the chef Nicolas Mazier , which will seek to transfer the culinary offerings of the Spanish Tatel to American culture.

To give color and design to the room of the new representative of the Tatel family, the decoration and interior design project has been carried out by the prestigious Estudio Gronda, specialists in creating elegant, practical and innovative spaces in the hospitality scene.

The project has been an interesting inspiration for the Madrid model of Tatel, transferred to the luxury of the hotel complex in which it is integrated, without disregarding the elegant contributions of the already collaborators in the room of the Madrid restaurant, among which the floors and walls stand out. , counters, kitchen countertops and bathroom furniture by Cosentino. providing with stone materials a perfect combination of elegance and resistance.

The natural touches are provided by the flooring brand wooden Austrian brand Mafi.
