The Ministry of Health has published a list of medicinal products, foodstuffs for particular nutritional uses and medical devices at risk of unavailability on the territory of the Republic of Poland. The so-called the “anti-export” list has 386 items. Some medications disappeared from her and others appeared.

New drugs on the list of at risk of unavailability

There are 10 new items on the new “anti-export” list published by the Ministry of Health. Among them, Avamina SR (Metformini hydrochloridum), extended release tablets, 500 mg – 30 tablets, 60 tablets, 90 tablets, 120 tablets, 750 mg – 30 tablets, 60 tablets, 1000 mg – 30 tablets. , 60 tablets The drug, the active substance of which is metformin, is used in patients with type 2 diabetes.

In addition to Avamine, other medicinal products used by diabetics are also new on the list:

  1. VivaChek Ino, blood glucose test strips, test strip – 50 pcs
  2. Fiasp, Insulinum aspartum, solution for injection 100 U / ml, 5 cartridges of 3 ml Penfill
  3. Fiasp, Insulinum aspartum, solution for injection 100 U / ml, 1 vial. 10 ml

In addition, the list was joined by:

  1. Flixotide, Fluticasoni propionas, inhalation aerosol, suspension 50 mcg / inh dose, 1 volume 120 doses – a drug used in the long-term and regular treatment of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
  2. Kaldyum, Kalii chloridum, prolonged-release capsules, hard 600 mg, 100 capsules, 50 capsules – a drug used to treat potassium deficiency in the body
  3. Tialorid, Amiloridi hydrochloridum + Hydrochlorothiazidum, 5 mg + 50 mg tablets, 50 tablets – a drug used in mild or moderate hypertension, congestive heart failure, liver cirrhosis with ascites
  4. Tialorid mite, Amiloridi hydrochloridum + Hydrochlorothiazidum tablets, 2,5 mg + 25 mg 50 tabl. – a drug used in mild or moderate hypertension, congestive heart failure, liver cirrhosis with ascites
  5. Zarzio, Filgrastimum, solution for injection or infusion 30 million. j. (60 MU / ml), 5 amps. 0,5 ml – a drug administered to people undergoing cytotoxic chemotherapy due to a diagnosed malignancy (except for chronic myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes)
  6. Zarzio, Filgrastimum, solution for injection or infusion 48 million. j. (96 MU / ml), 5 amps. 0,5 ml – a drug administered to people undergoing cytotoxic chemotherapy due to a diagnosed malignant tumor (with the exception of chronic myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndromes).

Medicines at risk of unavailability in Poland

On the “anti-export” list there are those drugs that are missing in 5 percent. pharmacies in a given province. Information on deficiencies is reported by voivodeship pharmaceutical inspectors to the chief inspector. This informs the minister of health.
