Walking barefoot is pleasant and healthy. To such an extent that adherents of barefooting call to take off their shoes even in the city.
An attractive woman is walking down the street: a fashionable dress, a stylish hairstyle … and bare feet! In America, Australia and Europe, this picture is becoming familiar. Barefooting* is the name of a movement that brings together barefoot lovers, and the number of its followers around the world is growing. Allowing yourself to take off your shoes at least for a while in order to experience an indescribable feeling of freedom and looseness is the main reason why more and more people are joining the ranks of the “barefoot”. Books have already been written about the benefits of barefooting, research has been devoted to it, and special parks have even been opened in Germany designed for barefoot walks. Do you doubt that our streets and parks are suitable for such an activity? Most likely you are right. But why not start small – walk on the lawn next to the house or take a few steps on the pavement washed by the rain?
