PSYchology

Neurotic armor is a form of psychological defense characteristic of a neurotic person. Such a person inside is painful, anxious and everything is bad. So that this pain is less hurt from the outside, he builds a shell around it, a shell that protects him and minimizes all the influences of the external environment, including those that can help him.

Psychotherapeutic approach

Such a person needs long-term psychotherapeutic work aimed at “warming up”, strengthening faith in oneself and in others.

Such a person cannot be helped at trainings; at trainings he does not learn to think independently. During the training, illusions are multiplied and the mental state worsens.
