A neurotic — if simply and briefly, this is a person who feels bad from everything himself. In this, the neurotic differs from the psychopath, who is often good, but with whom others feel bad.
Neurotic is usually characterized by emotional instability, turning into a stable negative: such a person easily plunges into negativity, and returns from negativity with difficulty. The usual state is self-doubt and self-doubt, worries, fears, distrust of people, and as a result of this, obsession with oneself and a tendency to blame, then to self-accusations.

There are many neurotics around us, it is a natural part of our life. Numerous characters in emotional television series are typical neurotics. In a mild form (neuroticism), a person has internal discomfort with external well-being, such a person is considered healthy. In a severe form (neurosis), a person is already ill, his condition is characterized by asthenic, obsessive and / or hysterical manifestations, as well as a temporary decrease in mental and physical performance. The more neurotic a person is, the worse he is able to learn from the experience of life, it becomes extremely difficult for him to overcome fear or stop activities, the unreasonableness of which he himself understands.
One of the patients went daily for twenty years to the garment factory where she worked, and yet every morning she was afraid that she would not be able to cope with the day’s task. This fear stubbornly held on, despite the fact that her skill was highly valued.
Another patient, a locomotive engineer, was not sure that he was able to do his job satisfactorily, although he had been doing it for three years without a single breakdown. He never for one day left the fear that he could not ensure the passage of the train through one small hill; although he always successfully crossed this hill, the fear still remained.
The manifestation of neurosis largely depends on the strength of the personality. A strong person can also sometimes feel bad, but he finds the strength to cope with it, lives stably, continuing to do everything he needs to do and without disturbing those around him to no avail. Weaker people often use their neurosis to attract attention to themselves and derive certain benefits from their “bad”: to ensure that he is not disturbed, her problems are solved for her, they help him and sympathize with her. Given that it’s not difficult to feel «bad» at all, there are a large number of people who are more likely to play neurotic, finding themselves in the spotlight and moving away from the difficulties of life.
As in the case of a new toy, a child is carried away by the positive, in the case of such a neurosis, such a person is carried away by his negativity.
For some, a temporary game, for someone it turns out to be a way of life.
