Ingredients
Melon liqueur – 15 ml
Lemon juice – 15 ml
Sugar syrup – 20 ml
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Champagne – 90 ml
How to make a cocktail
Shake all ingredients except champagne in a shaker with ice.
Pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer into a collins or highball with ice.
Top up with champagne and stir gently.
