Regular repetition of simple exercises will be enough:

Then you can go to circular movements or, keeping your head straight, move it to one side, then to the other, as if you are moving your chin along the surface of the table. After that, stretch your neck and then return to its normal position. While doing the exercises, it is important to tense the muscles, but not to overwork. At first, it is worth doing the simplest gymnastics, and then increasing the time and complexity of the classes.

Try massaging daily to remove unpleasant wrinkles from your neck. Take two bowls and two small towels. Pour some sea salt into both containers, and then pour cold water into one and hot water into the other. Dip one towel in hot water, wring it out, and then start patting it on the skin of your neck and chin. Movements should be sharp, but careful. Then dip a second towel in cold water and massage again. Repeat the procedure 5-6 times and finish with patting with a cold towel. Then rinse your skin with cool water and apply a firming cream.

It is useful to do masks 2-3 times a week

Very effective against neck wrinkles:

  • egg white
  • cream
  • olive oil

Any of these products should be applied to the skin and left for 15 minutes, and then washed off with cool water. There is also a more complex recipe: you can boil one medium-sized potato, rub until it cools, mix with 2 tablespoons. cucumber juice, apply to the skin and cover with cellophane and a warm towel. After 15 minutes, remove the mask and rinse the skin.
