Neck and décolleté need care
It is known that the arms and neck are the first to give out age. Elbows and knees are equally vulnerable. But if you devote only a few minutes a day to these zones, in a month you will be able to put on the most daring dress and be confident in your irresistibility!
Neck and decollete
Why is the neck and décolleté area so delicate? Firstly, the matter is in the particularity of the structure. Under the thin skin is the platysma subcutaneous muscle, which runs between the collarbones and the lower part of the face. However, active massage in this area is impossible, since the thyroid gland is located on the front surface of the neck, and you cannot press on it. Secondly, delicate skin is faced with constant environmental aggression. The consequences of all this are: double chin, loose skin, age spots, wrinkles. And the less attention is paid to these areas, the earlier changes will begin. It is possible to take care of the skin of the neck and décolleté from the age of 18-20.
Proper care
The first stage is cleansing. When washing your face, always clean the décolleté area, take this as a rule. If you are using makeup remover milk, wipe your neck from top to bottom and fan out the décolleté from the center to the sides and down. To enhance the exfoliating effect at the time of cleansing, use natural sponges.
It is categorically impossible: use products containing alkali or alcohol. Do not use coarse washcloths or massage brushes on the neck and décolleté area.
For the neck and décolleté area, you can use the same products as for facial skin care.
It is necessary: daily use a moisturizer with SPF protection (the sun shines even in winter!) to prevent sun aging. You can also apply special creams for the neck and décolleté.
Do it yourself. Massage with frozen milk cubes perfectly tones the skin in the décolleté area. To prepare them, pour the milk into ice cube trays and place in the freezer beforehand. Do not forget that the delicate skin of the breast can only be massaged with light movements.
How to care for your elbows and knees.
Elbows and knees
Why does the skin on the elbows and knees turn red and coarse? The reason for this phenomenon is the lack of vitamins A and E, as well as our habits to put our elbows on the table. As for the knees, it is worth considering that every day they receive a great load (we climb stairs, bend down, run, walk – our knees participate in all these movements). And if you do not provide any special care, these parts of the body begin to coarse, redden and peel off.
Proper care
It is necessary: return an attractive look. This will help the intake of vitamins A and E, as well as the use of a scrub (2 times a week) and an oily cream (apply daily before bedtime).
Do it yourself. If the skin on the elbows and knees becomes dry, you can prepare a nourishing mask. Mix the yolk with 2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of almond oil. Apply to areas with hard or dry skin, rub well, rinse off after 10 minutes.
