In pharmacies and stores we will find a lot of “miracle” supplements supporting weight loss. We often spend a fortune on something that is just a collection of natural, inexpensive ingredients in convenient capsules. Many of them can be found much cheaper and used in a healthier way for the body, because without burdening the stomach with the digestion of tablets, which, as we know, is not good in the long run. You will find many of these natural fat burners in your kitchen!

In all slimming capsules that you will get in many stores and pharmacies, there are often almost the same fat-burning substances. They usually contain plant extracts or their synthetic equivalents. However, most of them are definitely better to buy separately and consume in a natural version:

  1. Coffee – although caffeine has its supporters and staunch opponents, it leaves no doubt that it affects fat burning. After all, it has a stimulating effect, which creates favorable conditions for fat burning. How does it happend? Caffeine suppresses appetite and intensifies the activity of metabolic pathways involved in the elimination of fat. Of course, nothing will be done by itself – for coffee to have a positive effect on our body, it should be consumed several dozen minutes before physical exercise. Thanks to this, we will stimulate our body to act and strengthen our desire and increase fat burning. Caffeine is one of the basic ingredients in slimming products. The best time to drink coffee is in the morning. The addition of milk, cream and sugar increases the calorific value of coffee and also reduces the effect of caffeine on burning. The highest caffeine content is contained in a cup of brewed coffee, as much as 100 to 120 mg.
  2. Cayenne pepper – spicy spices also increase our chances of losing weight. Cayenne pepper is one of the better options because it contains the active substance – capsaicin, which is very often added not only to slimming agents, but also to … pepper spray used for self-defense. What does capsaicin do? Firstly, it increases the ability to burn fat, and secondly, it increases the body’s thermogenesis. Add cayenne pepper even to all meals, preferably those eaten before training. The total dose should be between half and one teaspoon per day. You can also mix it with tea or a small amount of water with the addition of lemon.
  3. Raw Turmeric – this substance improves metabolism. It also reduces the rate of fat storage in liver cells and even has a thermogenic effect. For effective action, you should consume about a teaspoon a day. In addition, turmeric accelerates the regeneration of the body after physical exertion.
  4. Apple vinegar – although in itself it will not make fat tissue disappear faster, it is a great option before e.g. a party where fatty meals will be served. The fruit acid contained in vinegar inhibits the absorption of large amounts of fats from food, thanks to which we will not provide the body with as many calories. The best way to consume vinegar is to eat one tablespoon with a green salad. It should be used with caution, because when consumed in excessive amounts, it causes digestive problems and hinders the absorption of vitamins.
  5. Cinnamon – one teaspoon of cinnamon a day is a great option for people with a sweet tooth. It stabilizes the level of insulin, which is responsible for carbohydrate metabolism. This inconspicuous spice will eliminate wolf hunger and reduce the appetite for sweets.
