Many couples complain about sexual problems. Usually, the following are involved: reduced libido, difficulty maintaining an erection, and the inability to achieve orgasm. In both sexes, decreased sex drive is the result of stress, an insufficiently healthy lifestyle, or even hormonal changes. The reasons may be different, but when everything in the bedroom does not look as it should, it is worth reaching for natural and quite simple ways to improve the quality of your sex!
Most people first reach for any chemical additives such as moisturizers and gels, tempting clothes, and even romantic dinners with a menu selected to stimulate the senses. However, if we want a long-term effect, we should get rid of a few unhealthy habits, and in their place introduce new ones – healthy and often tasty or pleasant.
Take care of your diet
Potency is favored by individual fruits and vegetables. Among the first, it is worth mentioning:
- Apricots
- Peaches
- Bananas
- Pomegranate fruit
- Melons.
Not only are they very tasty and light, but they additionally affect the taste of semen and female juices. To enhance their effect, it is best to consume them in the form of a salad. They can be a great addition to a romantic dinner for two.
Among the natural aphrodisiacs, we also find vegetables such as:
- Celery
- Parsley
- Fennel tubers
They are both very healthy, because they boost immunity, and are perfect for dinner as a substitute for heavy meat. They perfectly increase libido!
In addition to fruit and vegetables, it is worth including seafood in your weekly diet, which, although still quite unpopular in Poland, is one of the most popular aphrodisiacs. In most Polish cities, only frozen foods are available, but if prepared well, they will be great as an addition to a salad or in the form of a cocktail, e.g. with shrimps.
Commonly available eggs are also a source of valuable ingredients that support sexual activity. In this role, the soft-cooked ones, eaten for breakfast, and slightly cut, served with tomatoes and cucumbers, will work especially well.
Do not overdo it with alcohol, focus on other drinks
Of course, alcohol is not forbidden, on the contrary – two or three glasses of wine or champagne effectively relax the atmosphere and break down barriers, but too much alcohol can be harmful. Beer and other heavy alcohols cause a decrease in sexual activity, they can even cause erection problems. That’s one of the reasons why you shouldn’t get drunk on a date. Instead, opt for natural fruit juices.
Take care of your health
Sexual performance is affected by the general condition of the body. It is absolutely necessary to quit smoking, which is one of the main causes of impotence, get enough sleep, introduce physical activity into your life (even in the form of regular walks), and take care of the correct weight, because people with preprogrammed kilograms are more likely to have problems with low libido .
