Diet
It is worth starting with modifying your current diet. It should be enriched with vitamins E, A, B vitamins and zinc. They significantly improve fertility and ovulation. At the same time, they support the secretion of sex hormones. These vitamins can be found in eggs, especially in its yolk, in meat, in dairy products, wholegrain bread, nuts, groats and wholemeal pasta.
Folic acid
Its sources are mainly green vegetables, i.e. Brussels sprouts, broccoli, spinach, broad beans. Folic acid is essential when trying to conceive a baby. It affects the oxygenation of tissues, which allows you to increase fertility in both women and men.

— chasteberry or angelica – help regulate menstrual cycles
— Sida Cordifolia – clears the fallopian tubes and treats infertility
— black cohosh – mobilizes the ovaries to produce sex hormones
Note: Herbal teas should be discontinued when we are pregnant, because then they can have a harmful effect on the baby.
The expectant mother must give up several things that negatively affect fertility
This is what we avoid:
— alcohol – it should not be consumed by women who have problems with getting pregnant
— “trans” fat – reduces fertility, so it should be eliminated from the diet. It is, for example, in French fries, in fatty meat, in cookies
— caffeine – constricts blood vessels, which makes blood flow slower. Then the pelvis is not sufficiently supplied with blood and the egg cannot implant
— simple carbohydrates – affect blood sugar fluctuations, which in turn leads to hormonal imbalance. Therefore, you should give up sweets, sugar, white bread and sweet drinks.
Some of the products listed above are certainly in the diet of many women. It is therefore necessary to enrich it with additional products and eliminate harmful ones. This will naturally increase our chances of having a baby without resorting to medical and pharmaceutical aids.
