Natural solutions to take care of your teeth
To treat cavities, gingivitis, canker sores and abscesses
Hops
The polyphenols in hops slow down the formation of dental plaque.
Used in the form of mouthwash, hop extracts thus help to prevent cavities and inflammation of the gums.
Tea tree essential oil
Thanks to its antibacterial and antifungal properties, tea tree essential oil is very effective in treating gingivitis, canker sores, abscesses and bad breath.
Use it as a mouthwash, in half a glass of water. And in case of canker sore, apply directly to it.
Propolis
Some clinical trials indicate that propolis promotes the healing process of wounds and infections of the oral mucosa (gingivitis, periodontitis, abscess, wounds, fungi) (1) – (4).
Propolis would also have anti caries effects.
Licorice
Licorice extracts are effective in the treatment of canker sores. In two trials, licorice reduced the sensation of pain and accelerated healing (5) – (6).
