It is best to consume coffee in a portion of 100 to 150mg, about half an hour before training.
  3. green tea – probably the most obvious item on this list. The substances present in it suppress appetite, increase thermogenesis, support fat burning and reduce weight gain. It also speeds up the metabolism and to some extent reduces the absorption of fat in food. Unlike caffeine, it is safe for people with hypertension and heart disease.
  4. Apple vinegar – although in itself it does not support weight loss, the acids contained in it will inhibit the absorption of fat from food. Therefore, when we plan, for example, a party where there will be a lot of caloric food, it is worth eating one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before going out, e.g. in the form of an addition to a light meal. Then the body will absorb fewer calories than we actually eat. It should not be taken for too long and regularly, as it can cause stomach and digestive problems.
  5. Cinnamon – as an addition to drinks, tea, meat, coffee… cinnamon does not have to be added only to sweet meals. Cinnamon is an ally of people on a diet, because it improves digestive processes, suppresses hunger, supports metabolism, and regulates kidney function. That is why we can often find it in the composition of anti-cellulite preparations. You should consume one teaspoon of cinnamon a day to see results quickly with a healthy lifestyle.
