The potatoes must be washed, boiled, peeled and diced. Chop greens, nasturtium flowers, salt everything, mix, season with sour cream and add chopped boiled eggs.
You can also make a seasoning with nasturtium flowers and leaves. To do this, chop the nasturtium as finely as possible, make mashed red currant berries and mix well. Then add chopped garlic and some vegetable oil. All ingredients are mixed in equal parts. The seasoning is ready, you need to store it in the refrigerator.
