Nasolabial wrinkles: how to eliminate? Video

For example, use an Indian mask based on dried green peas or mung beans (you can buy both at a health food store or supermarket). Grind the peas or beans into flour in a coffee mill (you can use both products in equal proportions). Mix 1 tbsp. l. the resulting flour with 1 tsp. vegetable oil and half a teaspoon of turmeric (powder), apply on a clean face or only on the area of the nasolabial folds for 15 minutes. Then wash off with cool water.
Before massage, apply a greasy cream to the area of nasolabial wrinkles and warm the skin with circular movements or patting. Then massage the nasolabial folds with your index and middle fingers, starting from their lower edge, up to the bridge of the nose. Repeat for about one minute. Without stopping, that is, without letting the skin cool, use your fingertips to massage the skin from the wings of the nose to the auricles and from the corners of the mouth to the lobes of the ears. Continue for one minute. You should feel a slight warmth on your face from your movements.

Another exercise came to the West from Japan and is very popular with women today. Pour one third of water into a plastic bottle and screw the cap tight. Then wrap your lips around the neck of the bottle (lips, not teeth!) And try to lift and hold for 20 seconds. Put it in place, rest a little and repeat the exercise. And so on from 10 to 20 approaches.
If you find it difficult to do the exercise, pour some water out of the bottle. But add every day. When you start to cope with one third, then half, or even a full bottle, you can change it for a larger volume.
