Narzannik is a bar accessory, thanks to which you can quickly and effectively open absolutely any bottle of wine.
Narzannik, also known as a lever-type corkscrew, has a built-in screw-shaped opener and a small knife for cutting the capsule. Narzaniki are both single-stage (they have one “notch” on the working part), and two-stage (respectively, they have two “notches”).
Experienced bartenders prefer two-stage narzaniki.
Since with them you can remove the cork from the bottle silently and more carefully. When choosing a narzannik, you should especially pay attention to the opener (spiral). It should be made of solid metal, but at the same time gently enter the cork and not tear it.
