Juices are sometimes praised, then advised to drink them as little as possible because the sugar contained in drinks increases weight over the years. One thing in relation to juices remains unchanged: the confidence that their inclusion in the diet can replenish, and especially in winter, the reserves of vitamins in the body. True, and here the question arises: which juice can provide as many health benefits as possible?

American scientists have undertaken to answer it. They have analyzed the properties of different juices over the years. And as a result, we found out that preference should be given to three juices: blueberry, cranberry and pomegranate… Why? The selection of drinks was based on the content of vitamins and substances that have the best effect on health. It is these properties that brought blueberry juice to the place of the leader. It contained both antioxidants (moreover, in significant quantities), and substances that strengthen the immune system in high concentration.

Thanks to this, doctors are sure that it is enough to have only one glass of blueberry juice on the menu to cover the daily supply of healthy substances. Slightly inferior to blueberry juice are juices from cranberries and pomegranates. It is desirable for them to diversify the diet in order to stay vigorous and healthy for a long time.
