Named foods that should not be eaten with coronavirus

By themselves, they will not provoke a disease. But they are quite capable of aggravating its course.

COVID-19 doesn’t seem to be planning on leaving us alone. The head of Rospotrebnadzor, Anna Popova, has already announced that the first case of a new, “British” coronavirus has been registered in Russia. But behind it there may also be Turkish and Maldivian … To live in this reality – with masks and sanitizers – seems to have a long way to go.

Doctors say that not only masks, gloves and hand washing, but also a special diet will help protect yourself from the disease. Some foods can worsen the course of the disease if you do catch the virus, delay recovery and exacerbate the consequences. “Pickled cucumber for mashed potatoes is not capable of thickening the blood. For this to happen, you will need to eat a can of pickles at a time, without drinking water. However, it is necessary to minimize the consumption of salty in order to avoid such risks “, – said”Russian newspaper“Therapist, nutritionist, candidate of medical sciences, head of the Consultative and Diagnostic Center” Healthy and Sports Nutrition “of the Federal Research Center of Nutrition and Biotechnology Ekaterina Burlyaeva.
