Myth number 7. Cheese is too fatty for breakfast

However, in fact, the benefits of cheese can hardly be overestimated. First, it is almost completely absorbed by the body. In addition, there are even more proteins in it than in meat, and only 70 grams of the product contains the daily intake of calcium.
