Contraindication to the use of Naklofen is gastric or duodenal ulcer disease, disorders in the functioning of the liver or kidneys, circulatory failure, asthma, edema and electrolyte disturbances.
Caution should be exercised with the simultaneous administration of diuretics, lithium preparations, methotrexate, quinologist, rifampicin, acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and cyclosporins.
Naklofen is not recommended for pregnant women and breastfeeding women. In such cases, this medication should only be given when clearly necessary.

Naklofen may cause digestive system disorders, gastrointestinal discomfort, nausea, epigastric pain, diarrhea, dizziness and headache, weakness, depression, fatigue, insomnia, edema and hair loss.
In people allergic to diclofenac, allergic skin reactions in the form of rash and urticaria may occur. In patients with peptic ulcer, administration of Naklofen may cause bleeding and rupture of the ulcer.

Naklofen is a solution intended for intramuscular injection. The drug should be administered deep intramuscularly as an injection into the buttock. Injection of the drug into the same buttock twice in one day should be avoided. Once the acute condition is under control, it is recommended that the route of administration be changed to rectal or oral administration.
Precautions when using Naklofen
Naklofen should not be used after the expiry date stated on the package. The preparation should be stored at room temperature in a tightly closed container, out of the sight and reach of children.
