Myalgan – composition, contraindications, how to take

Myalgan is a dietary supplement that relieves the symptoms of fibromyalgia (chronic rheumatic soft tissue disease). It consists of four extracts: grape leaves, daisy leaves, olive seeds, pineapple fruit and L-tryptophan.

Myalgan – how to take?

Myalgan can be sucked for faster absorption. At the beginning of the intake, 4 tablets are used a day – the time interval between the tablets should be shorter than 4 hours. The dosage is gradually reduced, depending on the effects – as it improves your well-being.

The dietary supplement should not be used during pregnancy and lactation or in case of allergy to any of its ingredients.

The composition of the dietary supplement in four tablets is as follows:

  1. daisy leaf extract (Bellis perenis) – 300 mg,
  2. grape leaf extract (Vitis vinifera) – 300 mg,
  3. olive seed extract (Olea europea) – 300 mg,
  4. pineapple fruit extract (Ananas comosus) – 200 mg,
  5. orange juice powder (Citrus aurantium) – 40 mg,
  6. sweet almond extract (Prunus amygdalus) – 40 mg,
  7. L-trypofan — 200 mg.

Auxiliary ingredients are magnesium stearate and microcrystalline cellulose.

  2. Daisy leaf extract (Bellis perenis) has a diverse, extensive biological and antioxidant effect,
  3. olive seed extract (Olea europea) has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and cardioprotective properties, has a positive effect on the circulatory system, regulates muscle tone,
  4. pineapple fruit extract (Ananas comosus) facilitates protein digestion, helps to eliminate blood clots, increases the effect of antibiotics, has a positive effect on the urinary system, sinuses, has a beneficial effect on the joints and coronary vessels,
  5. sweet almond extract (Prunus amygdalus) is rich in minerals, mainly magnesium, is a source of vitamins, unsaturated fatty acids, provides glycosides (vitamin B17) – has a positive effect on well-being,
  6. orange juice powder (Citrus aurantium) is a source of vitamins, minerals and bioflavonoids,
  7. L-tryptophan is an amino acid that is involved in the production of serotonin, i.e. the happiness hormone, has a positive effect on the mood and reduces the feeling of tension.
