Business area

Create a franchising network of licensed private kindergartens with education according to the Sinton approach.

ORM for Sept. 2015:

  • I have a detailed action plan for opening and licensing a kindergarten.
  • I have a list of principles, techniques, chips (in addition to the Synton approach) from popular upbringing / training methods (Montessori, Waldorf, Ark, etc.) that I want to use in my work.

ORM for Sept. 2017:

  • Work as an educator with children in any educational institution for 1 year.
  • Opening of the first kindergarten.
  • I have a detailed plan of action for the design and sale of franchises.
  • Change has a risk register with an action plan to minimize risks.

ORM for Sept. 2019:

  • Profit from the first kindergarten is more than 100 thousand USD per month.
  • Kindergarten teachers (5 people) were trained in the Sinton approach in terms of raising children.
  • Sale of the first franchise.

OZR for 2024:

  • The profit of the franchise network is more than 1 million cu per month.
  • All kindergartens are licensed to conduct educational activities.
  • All educators/heads of kindergartens were trained in the Synton approach in terms of raising children (more than 30 people).

  • On the basis of the center, trainings for parents and training in parenting skills are held (1 time per month)
  • Trainings are being held for educators on the Synton approach in terms of education.

Personal sphere

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Raise 3 children. Organize the development of children in the following areas:

  • Wholeness. Children have a purpose in life and a plan to achieve it (in whatever form)
  • Studies. They do their homework on their own, school performance is above average, the older ones enter or are going to enter universities.
  • Languages. Children are fluent (for older) or average (for younger) speak a foreign language.
  • Creation. Regular music/dance/theater/painting classes, visits to museums/theatres/concerts.
  • Health. They do exercises, go in for sports (boys including martial arts), adhere to a healthy diet.
  • Socialization. Polite, freely, competently and reasonably express their thoughts, lead a civilized discussion, know how to resist manipulation, manage their emotions.
  • Love. Coming / leaving, they kiss their parents, fulfill requests for help to parents / relatives / each other.

OZR:

  • For each of the 15 criteria (for each child), my husband and I put up an assessment on a 5-point scale (3 times a year — December, May, September). We calculate the average for each child.
  • Rating Scale: Parent Satisfaction

+2 — completely satisfied

+1 — generally satisfied

0 — partially satisfied

-1 — rather dissatisfied

-2 — absolutely not satisfied.

  • The average score for each child is above +1,5.
  • We draw up an action plan for the next 4 months.

Self development

Become a first-class trainer / coach / consultant who owns the Synton approach, systemic vector psychology (SVP) and other techniques.

ORM for Sept. 2015:

  • At UPP, I am in the top 10 best students for 8 months a year.
  • More than 16 consultations were held (2 consultations per month).
  • She wrote a creative work based on the results of studying the topic «History and directions of psychology.»
  • Passed 2 levels of lectures on SVP.
  • A work has been written on the possibility of combining the Synton approach with SVP.

ORM for Sept. 2017:

  • UPP Diploma (in the top ten according to the results of training)
  • More than 80 consultations were held (4 consultations per month).
  • Leader of the Distance group during the year (alone or with a partner).
  • Conducted at least 3 trainings (one-day).

ORM for Sept. 2019:

  • More than 120 consultations were held (6 consultations per month)
  • My book (over 200 pages) was written and published.
  • Victory in one of the Russian competitions in psychology / pedagogy, included in the top 10.
  • 12 more trainings were conducted (6 per year).

ORM for 2024:

  • I have a consulting practice: more than 600 consultations/trainings in 10 years (8 consultations per month).
  • 30 more trainings were conducted (6 per year).

The first steps:

  • Complete all tasks (mandatory and optional) for studying at the UPP on time.
  • Prepare 1-2 questions for each meeting with NIK.
  • I pass the Distance in 1 year (77 exercises chosen by me).

My goals for 1 year

Business area

Creation of my personal website as a psychologist / trainer / parent-child relationship consultant, filled with my quality articles.

OZR:

  • The site is made public
  • The site has a welcome page with a story about me, a page with contact information and a section with my quality articles (20 articles with which I am satisfied with an average of +1,5 points; the scale is the same as in the parenting goal)
  • The site is easy to read, has a pleasant design — according to an expert assessment of 8 out of 10 of my colleagues psychologists.

Term: August 2015 of the year.

Result image: I open the browser and see my site, the hit counter shows that visitors are coming in, I click on the pages and see the titles of my articles, I hear the words of my husband, “Now that your site is ready, you can start promoting it.” I send a link to my site to everyone I know and get enthusiastic responses, especially I pay attention to the admiring words of my fellow psychologists.

First step: I perform all the tasks of the editorial board for writing articles in the vein of parent-child topics.

Personal sphere

Teach children to do their part.

OZR: Each of the children fulfills their duties by 80% within a month.

Term: May 2015.

Result image: When I return from the store, I see that the room is clean. Sasha tells me what he managed to do during this time — and put together a puzzle, and play a constructor, and read, and do assignments from a notebook. He boasts that he removed all the toys immediately, so as not to waste time on this later. In the evening, while I participate in the webinar, the children themselves go to bed: the boys put Yulia to bed, warm their milk and wait for me in their beds. I feel peaceful and enjoy my evening tea time with my husband.

First step:

  • I make a list of responsibilities, separately for each child.

Self development

Learn to speak confidently, emotionally, thesis.

OZR: 5 performances lasting more than 10 minutes with an average rating of more than 3,5.

The performance is evaluated by me and the expert. The assessment is based on several criteria.

Term: September 2015 year.

Result image: I am speaking at the first session for UPP freshmen. NIK introduces me as one of the best students who has achieved a lot in the past year. With my speech, I charge newcomers, I see their burning eyes, I see that they are listening to me carefully and following my every word. Loud applause breaks out at the end of the performance.

First step: I keep a diary of performances at a distance, I allocate 30 minutes to prepare / rehearse the performance weekly.

Conclusions

1. The main conclusion for me is that before this work I did not know how to formulate the ORM. After working with consultants, thanks to their view from the outside, I realized what it is. Now I believe that I am able to formulate a good ORM — it remains to be tested in practice (as far as my accurate ORMs can actually be achieved).

2. The breakdown of the ORM into stages of achieving the goal (a tip from my consultant) helped me a lot to understand what and when I would do, I became confident in the reality and achievability of my goals.

3. I am especially happy with the goal of raising children. Having formulated it according to the XSR, I was charged with enthusiasm and inspiration to achieve this goal.

4. In the process of developing goals with different consultants and clients, I applied the «Sustainability» item in different ways. There were options like this:

• Exactly according to the algorithm, ie. the coach asks questions (What do you see? What do you hear? What do you feel?), the client draws a picture. Then the coach, using the same phrases, draws a picture for the client.

Pros: it is pleasant for the client to present a picture of his goal; you can identify what to remove or add; an image of the result is created.

Cons: some colleagues find it silly to repeat the same thing over and over again, especially if it is already clear that the goal is environmentally friendly; takes a long time.

• Without trying on for environmental friendliness, ie. the coach himself, in the process of discussing the goal, understands whether the goal is environmentally friendly. The coach asks different, leading questions and draws a conclusion. (I acted as a client).

Pros: significantly reduces the time for developing goals; it seems that the development of goals is of sufficient quality if the goal has already been deeply developed by the client himself.

Cons: details of what to remove or add are not revealed; no imprint of the result image is created.

• Accelerated fitting for environmental friendliness, ie. the client discusses the goal, ORM, etc. in detail with the coach. Then the coach himself composes and voices the picture, using keywords, client examples.

Pros: reduces the time to work out goals; allows you to partially reveal the details of what to remove / add.

Cons: in the picture of the coach, mostly general words from the category “feel” are used, and “see-hear” — to a lesser extent; the image of the result is imprinted indistinctly.

My conclusion is to spare no time and work out the goals exactly according to the algorithm.
