Camping is associated with adventure, a test of character, admiring the beauty of undeveloped nature. Before the trip, it is worth making sure that we have taken the necessary things and that we will not be unpleasantly surprised by the weather or other circumstances.

  1. First aid kit – plasters with a dressing, plasters without a dressing, gauze, bandage, scissors, and for washing possible wounds, scratches, salicylic alcohol and hydrogen peroxide. Medications: ointment for itching and stings, eye drops, painkillers, for diarrhea, for laxatives, for allergies and lime, which will soothe the symptoms of allergies and insect bites. Let’s not forget about medications that we take regularly and a thermometer.

  2. Toiletry bag – toothpaste and toothbrush, soap or shower gel, shampoo, sunscreen oil. Spray against mosquitoes and blackflies or a band with citronella oil and a roll-on for insect bites will save our skin every day. Toilet paper is as necessary as a mirror, comb, deodorant, moisturizing lotion. Wipes are best of all kinds – hygienic, for intimate hygiene, moisturizing. Towel.

  3. An instrument for removing ticks and insect venom – some work like a pump that sucks, among others, tick, sting, venom (including vipers and hornets). In pharmacies, there are also devices with lasso ends that pull out insects whole and hooks. Some tweezers are sold complete with a disinfection aerosol.

  4. Documents, money in cash – necessary.

  5. Rain jacket and rain boots – even if they announce beautiful weather, let us be aware that none of the TV stations gives a 100% guarantee of confirming the forecast.

  6. Stock of clothes and sunglasses – the weather can surprise, besides, temperature fluctuations at noon and at night can differ significantly from each other. Take with you short and long pants, shoes for a change, underwear, socks, tracksuits. Don’t forget your pajamas, swimsuit, jacket, hat and gloves, headgear for protection from the sun.

  7. Flashlight, batteries, pocket knife – even MacGyver would have considered that.

  8. Map, compasses, GPS – they will help you survive the adventure safely.

  9. Travel phone chargers – thanks to them you will not lose contact with the world and in the event of an accident, you will be able to quickly call for help.

  10. Permits – make sure they are not needed to be shown in the place you are going to.

  11. Cooking equipment — a tourist stove with a gas cartridge, a mug, cutlery, a frying pan, a kettle, a canteen or a small pot. Can opener, paper towels.

  12. food supply – preferably freeze-dried food, which is not devoid of valuable nutritional values, available in tourist shops. It is ready to eat after a few minutes in boiling water. Drinking water, coffee, tea and sweets, because they instantly replenish calorie deficits. If you are tempted by a cereal bar, you will ensure the right level of fiber. Unless you care about light luggage, take canned goods, sausages, dairy products – provided that you have a tourist stove. Don’t forget the bread.

  13. Tent – it should be suitable for the number of people, but even if you are going on a solo trip, think about a double room, because it will fit your luggage.

  14. Inflatable mat or sleeping mat – the thicker it is, the more comfortable you will sleep at night.

  15. Sleeping bag – when buying, the comfort temperature will indicate at what temperature you will not freeze in it.

  16. Blanket – in stock. Theoretically, a sleeping bag should suffice.

  17. Rozrywka – think about what you will fill your free time with. You can take a guitar, a book, a badminton set or a ball if you are going with friends.

  18. Aparat fotograficzny – so that later you can recall memories more easily.
