Method of preparation

Sort fresh butter, peel the caps from the film and cut into slices. Cut and chop the legs, lightly fry and simmer. Pour everything over with water or broth and cook for 20-25 minutes, add browned onions, carrots and parsley root, potato cubes and cook until tender. Season with sour cream and dill.
