vinegar 1.0 (table spoon)

ground black pepper 0.3 (teaspoon)

Method of preparation

Soak dry mushrooms for 2-3 hours, rinse, boil, mince. Fry onions and finely grated carrots, mix with mushrooms, add mushroom broth and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Season with vinegar, pepper, salt and garlic.
