To prepare a salad with chicken and mushrooms, you will need:
– 1 kg of fresh mushrooms; – 500 g chicken fillet; – 500 g of onions; – 500 to carrots; – 250 g of prunes; – 10-15 walnuts; – vegetable oil; – mayonnaise; – salt.
Wipe the champignons thoroughly with a damp cloth or paper towel, if necessary, peel, cut into slices and fry in a pan with vegetable oil until tender.
Wash the chicken fillet, boil in salted water, then cool and cut into small cubes or disassemble into fibers. Peel the onions and carrots, finely chop the onions, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil separately.
Peel and chop the walnuts with a knife. Rinse the prunes and cover with hot water for about 20 minutes, then, after removing the seeds, cut the prunes into small pieces.
Cool chicken fillets, sautéed vegetables, and mushrooms to room temperature. Place the onions, carrots, walnut kernels and prunes in a bowl or saucepan and mix thoroughly.
Lay out the prepared ingredients of the mushroom and chicken salad in layers: chicken fillet, fried mushrooms, vegetable mixture with nuts and prunes, chicken again, mushrooms, mixture, etc. Coat each layer with mayonnaise.
Garnish the Fantasy salad with prune halves and walnut kernel crumbs.
