Muscles on call?!
Muscles on call?!Muscles on call?!

How many of you have thought it was time to stop exercising your beer muscle and finally pull yourself together? Delicious candies diligently hidden under the bed and late-night snacking would have ended a long time ago. Spring is a time when everyone pays more attention to their figure than in other seasons of the year, often overshadowed by the specter of a “fat” winter. The spasmodic rush in pursuit of a figure often brings unexpected ideas in the form of … buying a gym membership. And while this fact does not border on great effort, its use does.

If anyone is wondering if they made the right move, we respectfully congratulate them. A gym membership is one of the first steps to looking and feeling better. However, the gym is not only about lifting weights. It is, above all, a philosophy that must be learned… How to do it? Below are some tips.

What to bring?

No makeup or branded clothing matters at the gym. These are completely irrelevant issues. Much more important is what is practical, so a towel (preferably two, one for the shower and the other to protect the gym equipment from sweat), comfortable shoes, a bottle of water and loose, casual clothing (preferably airy, short shorts and a cotton t-shirt )

How to practice?

Don’t be ashamed of your first steps in the gym. Everyone who has the Greek Adonis body looked just like you! Their work has changed them. At a professional gym you will easily find trainers who are at your disposal. Ask them about everything, ask them to watch over the first training. It’s not hard, you just have to learn it.

Exercise effectively!

The gym is not a magic show, nothing will change as if by magic. You can’t expect spectacular results after the first three workouts. Practice slowly, always with smooth movements. And most importantly – the degree of efficiency and energy consumption. Don’t start with a XNUMX-pound barbell – you won’t be able to lift it … and if you do, no one will believe it. It will be more effective to gradually increase the length of training and its degree of difficulty.

The gym is not a duty, the gym is supposed to be fun!

Don’t run with your gym membership seven times a week. Nothing good comes of this behavior. Get your body used to the increased effort. Start with short distance runs, aerobic exercise at home. Try to modify your eating habits – start on a regular basis. Help your body to start working with you.

Gym = diet

Your few hours of training are useless if you don’t modify your diet. Think about what you want to achieve, contact a trainer and start intensive training supported by a proper diet. Exhausted after the gym, the body will not be satisfied with Greek salad or kabanos sausage. Balanced caloric content will reward you with visible effects.

To work!
