“Sit on a chair, keep your back straight, put your feet shoulder-width apart,” recommends Mantak Chia. – Place your hands on your stomach and relax your shoulders. Inhale through your nose and feel your abdomen expanding at the bottom and your belly puffing up. Relax the chest, exhale with some effort, straining the lower abdomen. Exhale and inhale deeply, tighten the PC muscle as much as possible, hold your breath and tighten the rest of the body muscles – hips, buttocks, stomach, back, shoulders, arms, face. Count to ten, then relax and breathe deeply and slowly.
