Jelly was invented by French chefs. It is made from juices, sweet sauces, yoghurts, fruit purees, milk and other products. But in order for the jelly to retain its shape, agar-agar or gelatin must be added. You can endlessly fantasize with the preparation and decoration of this dessert. Try making colorful puff jellies or jellies, and pour the clear syrup over slices of fruit and berries, such as strawberries.

Unusual multicolored jelly

You will need: – 4 packs of multi-colored jelly; – 1,6 liters of water; – 1 tbsp. gelatin; – 1 can of condensed milk.

Prepare four containers in which you will dilute the jelly of different colors. Boil 1,5 liters of water, cool it to the temperature of fresh milk, pour it into containers. Pour dry jelly of a different color into each bowl, stir until dissolved, and refrigerate. After about 3 hours, the mass will become elastic.

During this time, dissolve 100 tbsp in 1 ml of cold water. gelatin, wait for it to swell. Put on the stove and heat until completely dissolved, but do not boil, otherwise the gelatin will acquire an unpleasant taste. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Pour in the condensed milk and stir.

Remove the bowls from the refrigerator, place the frozen jelly on a cutting board and cut into small cubes of different colors with a sharp knife. Put in a mold, fill with a mixture of gelatin and condensed milk, mix gently and refrigerate. When the jelly has set, cut into cubes and serve.

You will need: – 3 cups of fresh strawberries; – half a glass of sugar; – 1 tbsp. gelatin; – 100 ml of cold water; – 1,5 cups of hot water.

Soak gelatin in 100 ml of cold water for one hour. Wash the strawberries and pat dry with a tea towel. Separate half and cut into cubes, then arrange into jelly tins. Chop the other half of the berries and squeeze the juice. Do not throw away the squeeze, but put it in a saucepan, fill it with hot water and cook for 5 minutes. Cool slightly and strain.

Put the swollen gelatin, sugar in the resulting broth and put on fire again. Heat until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool the resulting liquid to room temperature and combine with strawberry juice. Pour the mixture over the strawberries in the tins and refrigerate. When the jelly hardens, remove it, dip the molds in hot water for a couple of seconds, after which their contents can be easily laid out on plates. Garnish with whipped cream and sugar and serve.

You can cook jelly in beautiful bowls, then you don’t need to put it on plates

You will need: – 4 tbsp. gelatin; – a glass of red berry or fruit juice; – a glass of yellow berry or fruit juice; – 2-3 tbsp. Sahara.

You can also make a white layer from milk and sugar.

Pour half of the gelatin with red juice, the other half with yellow. Let it swell and heat slightly in a water bath until completely dissolved. Take wide glasses, pour some red liquid into them, put them in the refrigerator. When the jelly has set, pour in a layer of yellow liquid and refrigerate again. Repeat this process until the glasses are full. Garnish with fresh berries and whipped cream.
