In the cooking process, fresh mulberries are preferred, but frozen and dried products can also be used.

Classic mulberry tincture recipe
Ingredients
Mulberry – 400 g
Vodka – 500 ml
Water – 200 ml
Sugar – 200-400 g
Method of preparation
Mulberries must be washed and smashed to a homogeneous mass using a blender, meat grinder or fork.
Put the prepared puree in a saucepan, add water and granulated sugar. Next, prepare the recipe for the basic sugar syrup.
After the mulberry syrup has cooled to room temperature, mix it in a glass container with an alcohol base and leave it warm for 2-3 weeks. The optimum temperature is from 18 to 25 degrees.
Then we filter the finished tincture and filter through a purchased or home-made filter.
Before tasting, bottle the mulberry tincture and cool it in the refrigerator.
Shelf life is about three years.
