The next 26-27-28 and 29 June the festival of urban trends known as Mula Fest will be held in Madrid.
This year it incorporates in its program of activities a monograph dedicated to gastronomy, specifically to urban food or “Street Food”
It will take place within the event, a large area where the food that we enjoy on the street is presented as the protagonist.
There will be workshops, demonstrations and creations from all over the world, highlighting the participation of the best chefs in this concept, delighting those attending the event.
- Mario Payán and Juan Alcaide will bring oriental trends closer to our palates with the creation of nigiris, makis, udones and soups served in the Tattoo area.
- Estanislao Carenzo will delight us with his sandwiches and dogs.
- The craft beer “la Virgen” will stage an authentic food truck.
- A wide range of demos and tastings of croquettes, hamburgers, fruits, smoothies, etc …
The proposals are committed to quality and at very attractive prices for all participants and visitors to the event.
The bulk of the offer of the thematic area of the festival will be completed with the participation of some of the newest restaurants in the city “The Burger lab” with their exotic meat burgers; “Sand wich” and its sandwiches, burritos and empanadas with transoceanic airs.
In order not to forget the desserts and the social gatherings, the “Toma Café” house will present its exclusive cappuccinos.
