Motkov, Oleg Ivanovich — Russian psychologist, candidate of psychological sciences, associate professor at the Institute of Psychology. L.S. Vygotsky RGGU.

1966 — Faculty of Psychology, Moscow State University, after graduation — the laboratory of heuristics of the Research Institute of General and Pedagogical Psychology of the USSR Academy of Sciences (now — the Psychological Institute of the Russian Academy of Education) under the direction of Veniamin Noevich Pushkin. Candidate’s dissertation «The ratio of personal and cognitive components of intellectual activity in conditions of mental stress.»

Since 1984 — senior researcher at the Research Institute of General Problems of Education of the Academy of Pedagogical Education of the USSR (later — the Institute for the Development of the Personality of the Russian Academy of Education).

Since September 2000 — Associate Professor of the Department of Personality Psychology at the Russian State University for the Humanities. He developed and taught a dozen of his own curricula: developmental psychology, introduction to the profession of a psychologist, personality theories in psychology, personality psychology, experimental psychology, general psychological workshop, psychology of the subject, gender psychology, psychology of creativity, a special course on the psychology of personality harmonization.
