Words from horror films and science fiction films have migrated into our everyday life and have become something familiar. We now wear masks as an ordinary accessory, and even there is a fashion for them. They can be matched to the color of the clothes and make our outfit original through interesting styles. The total fear and misunderstanding are gone, but the memories of past emotions and fears remain.
The only way to escape the virus was humor. In the first months of the pandemic, people lost their appearance, stopped visiting cafes and concert venues. People could “entertain themselves” only by occasional trips to the store. Roskomnadzor said that the contact parts of the body should be protected as much as possible from contact with money, doorknobs, and shopping carts. In some families, after shopping, they washed their outerwear, and left their shoes outside the doorstep so as not to bring a frightening disease into the house. It seemed that only a disposable space suit could protect relatives and friends from an unknown infection.
And then various tricks came into play. Here the girl considered the safest outfit a latex suit that covers the whole body. And what … it’s very convenient – I sprayed it with a sanitizer, wiped it with a cloth, and you can walk on.
A wetsuit could be used in the same way. True, he is not that sexy.
People began to make themselves “muzzles” in the form of frightening masquerade masks. The fear of the Middle Ages, when Europe was experiencing a deadly plague, was associated with our time, and some craftsmen willingly took advantage of the masks of charlatans from the 19th century. “Plague Defense” was a muzzle with a bird’s beak. Religious dogmas of the Middle Ages were cleverly played up by the contemporaries of COVID-XNUMX, and Venetian “doctors” with the head of a black ibis began to appear on the streets of cities, which “scared off” the disease.

It’s good that at least they didn’t come out in stockings on their heads, otherwise the city dwellers would look like bank robbers. Now in all public places you can buy a medical mask. Every day it becomes more and more clear what kind of infection humanity has encountered. Russia has invented a vaccine that will help cope with unregulated infection of the population. And yet, I really want the borders to be opened as soon as possible and we could attend the world carnivals in masks, which are intended for a holiday, and not for protection from other people, as, for example, in our photo gallery.
