More than 2 million rubles was collected by Khabensky’s performance in Novosibirsk

Spectators of the play “Mowgli’s Generation” in Novosibirsk became part of a large business and a large project and in three days raised 2,2 million rubles for the treatment of children.

More than a hundred young Novosibirsk residents were involved in the production, who passed 2 stages of selection. The first stage was virtual; it took place on a special portal on the Internet. The actor and artistic director of the project says that for him the main selection criterion and source of energy is interest in acting: “You cannot communicate with children in any other way, in general you cannot communicate with people in any other way … If you offer something that is really interesting to you, even if you do not always know the answers to questions, but you are interested in this … Then people will also be interested in what you found in this business! “

Recall that the musical performance “Generation Mowgli” is a theatrical part of the all-Russian creative charitable project “Generation M”, which combines the idea of ​​developing the creative abilities of children from the regions of the country and raising funds for the treatment of seriously ill children. The artistic director of the project Konstantin Khabensky, the leader of the Night Snipers group Diana Arbenina and the leading actors of the city’s theaters who have passed the casting – Dmitry Savin, Nikita Buryachek, Alexander Sorokin and others, played together with the guys in Novosibirsk. “They ask me how the Novosibirsk production differs from the same performance in other cities. So, just a wonderful adult cast has gathered here, – admitted Khabensky. – Very strong! “

“Thanks to everyone who came to the December shows, supported young actors and children who found themselves in a difficult life situation – they need support and help more than ever,” said Konstantin Khabensky, artistic director of the Generation M project. “The proceeds from the sale of tickets and souvenirs with the symbols of the project amounted to 2 rubles.”

The collected funds were used to treat four children in need of urgent help: 12-year-old Alina Oseledko from the Arkhangelsk region, one-year-old Alexandra Kovaleva from Moscow, seven-year-old Abdusamet Babamurzaev from the Sverdlovsk region and five-year-old Maxim Kolesov from Yakutia.
