Water should be poured so that the grain is completely covered, leave it in a dark, cool place, stirring regularly. When the sprouts reach sizes of more than two centimeters, the grain can be let in.
Mix malt with sugar, pour 15 liters of water and leave the mash for 3-4 days.
You can clean moonshine with activated carbon. It must be spread out on gauze and filter the alcohol liquid through it.
Distill with the help of a moonshine still, selecting the first and last fractions, so that the moonshine is of good quality. The strength of such an alcoholic drink should be left at 45 degrees.
Moonshine from dried wheat grains
Ingredients
Wheat – 5 kg
