Mood — the mood that I create for myself or someone else myself. This is the mood I need for certain tasks, to get a certain result.
You can create a mood consciously, by volitional effort, or unconsciously — following the pictures, words and sensations that arise spontaneously — from the body, from someone’s suggestions, from the environment («it’s raining and bad today …» or «the rain fell and passed, the sun in in the whole world — this is very good, both for adults and for children!
Ways to create the desired mood:
With inspirational words or formulas. «Forward!», «Let’s break through!» — if you need to take on a complex project. «Tired toys are sleeping …» — if you put the baby to bed.
Visuals — draw a picture for the right mood. Create an attractive image of the planned result.
Audialam — turn on (or sing aloud) a melody that creates the right mood.
