“First, about the stretch marks. I don’t and didn’t have them. I rubbed rosehip oil into my stomach twice a day, morning and evening. I think it helped keep my skin intact, ”says Tammy.

“I allowed myself too much during pregnancy. Donuts, for example. But I tried to do it not often. Maybe once a week. I didn’t stop exercising even during pregnancy – four times a week, even when I had no strength at all. After giving birth, I constantly wore shaping underwear, which is also very important and helped me a lot, ”continues Tammy.

The young mother returned to training six weeks after giving birth.
