On January 23, Timofey Lemeshev turned 8 years old. For his birthday, the baby was given a cherished dream: the legendary hockey player Vladislav Tretyak personally congratulated him. But the miracle might not have happened if not for the theory of six handshakes and one post on the social network.
Timofey’s mother posted a request for help on her Facebook page three days before the boy’s birthday – January 20.

As it turned out, the boy has been seriously engaged in hockey for a long time. He is the goalkeeper of the Krylya Sovetov children’s hockey school. The child does not even imagine his future without his favorite sport, and on his T-shirt – for good luck – number 20, under which Tretyak once played.
– He has a dream: to get acquainted with the legend, – says mom. – Timofey knows his biography, has seen all documentaries. The son thought: if he ever meets the Tretyak, it means that he will definitely succeed.
Victoria is sure: this is what parents are for – to support them on the way in their vocation and help dreams come true. But she did not even expect that her recording would cause such an emotional response: dozens of reposts, messages. Just good luck wishes.
“All this energy of the theory of six handshakes towards the realization of a childhood dream is wildly delightful and energizing! – wrote a grateful mother. – Such a powerful stream was formed towards the fulfillment of a childhood dream! This allows me, an adult aunt with a realistic view of the world, to shed tears of affection. “
The story of a boy who dreams of meeting an idol reached the Russian Ice Hockey Federation. And there they decided: a child’s wish must come true. Especially on my birthday. Vladislav Tretyak came to the training session of the team in which the young hockey player plays. Congratulated the boy and gave him an amazing gift – his jersey with number 20, in which he won most of his medals.
Already after the fact, my mother admits: she wrote on the social network almost out of despair. And I didn’t even expect her dream to come true so fantastically.
