PSYchology

What is our «I»? Are we ourselves originally, or do we have to do something to become ourselves? What is it like to be yourself? These questions are at the center of the existential analysis created by the Austrian psychologist Viktor Frankl. His student Alfried Lenglet rethought the teacher’s theory and developed his own psychotherapeutic approach on its basis. Examples of its practical application are also presented in this monograph.
