Mixing dumbbells on the bench with a positive slope — technique of the exercise:

  1. Take in each hand a dumbbell and lie on decline bench (the angle of inclination of no more than 30 degrees).
  2. Arms out above him, slightly bending at the elbows.
  3. Now turn the wrist so that the palm was turned inward on you. Hint: the little fingers of both hands should be next. This will be your initial position.
  4. On the inhale slowly begin to lower the arms, turning the wrists so that the palms turned towards each other. Hint: at the end of the movement your palms should be facing the ceiling.
  5. On the exhale, return arms to starting position following the same trajectory, returning the wrist to the starting position. Tip: please note, the movement is the shoulder and carpal joints. The elbow remains stationary.
  6. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: you can perform a normal information-breeding or the reverse – when the wrist is turned.
