Miss France 2002 beauty tips

Sylvie Tellier’s top tips for being a beauty mom:

– A great husband who gets up at night;

– Food supplements to fight against hair loss;

– Wear a hat and sun protection index 50, every day, to avoid the pregnancy mask;

– Maintain your teeth;

– Eat healthy during pregnancy;

– Wear compression stockings;

– Play sports.

I need to feel good about my body. Before my pregnancy, I did a lot of sports. When I got pregnant I was in Olympian form. After that, I always remained active: I did gentle gym and stretching until my term. When I was on maternity leave, I went to the pool three times a week. At that time, I was living in the United States. In France, I couldn’t. I tried to go to the Les Halles swimming pool, but there again, we were not helped. When pregnant, you have to deal with overcrowded swimming pools and the risk of getting hit in the swimming lines.

And what about beauty, after pregnancy?

I was fortunate not to have to go on a diet. I also had the right to the “Geneviève diet”, with all the events that happened to me. Personally, I lose weight just by stressing it out.

I never go on a diet. I eat everything, but in small quantities. If I want chocolate, I only eat a square and not the whole bar.

On the other hand, I admit that I have not yet taken up the sport, due to lack of time. Maybe next year…
