The mirror is the most accurate and popular method of body alignment.

The players are divided into pairs and stand or sit opposite each other. The first in a pair is a “man”, the second is a “mirror”. The “man” begins to slowly and smoothly move his hands, and the “mirror” tries to repeat his movements as accurately as possible, to “merge” with him. The «mirror» can sense the «person’s» breathing rhythm and synchronize their breathing with it. After a few minutes, the facilitator invites the “mirror” and the “person” to switch roles.

At the end of the exercise, you can ask the children to talk about their feelings in different roles. Which role was easier — «mirror» or «human»? Why? What does it take to be a good «mirror»?
