The mother-baby cure offers a program of 25 treatments spread over 6 days:
3 hydromassage baths with laminaria seaweed extracts – 20 min
3 silhouette underwater showers – 20 mn
2 thalaxion – 20 mn
3 swimming pools with underwater jets – 30 mn
3 personalized massages (dorsal face or back or feet, legs or hands, arms, face) – 30 minutes
3 firming spirulina wraps – 30 min
3 gymnastiques hypopressive – 60 mn
1 fundamental facial treatment from the sea – 60 minutes
1 I Beauty moisturizing facial treatment – 45 min
3 treatments with the baby (1 whirlpool bath, 1 baby massage workshop, 1 baby massage)
For those who want a makeover, the liner-spa also has a hair salon, ultra cozy and relaxing.
And for baby?
Young mothers are welcomed with their babies from 3 to 9 months old. For curists who choose to stay at Miramar La Cigale, the nursery is offered during Mum’s care.
It is also possible to have Pitchoun looked after outside treatment hours, after reservation. For prices, count 11 euros / hour.
The Miramar La Cigale thalassotherapy center makes a point of pampering toddlers. Baby enjoys a hot tub, which dad can take with his child. On the program for mothers, training on the benefits of massage for babies during small group sessions, led by a physiotherapist. The latter teaches the right actions to perform to reproduce them at home. Your little one will also be massaged by a professional during individual sessions.
For the comfort of parents, during the treatment, baby equipment is provided in the room: changing table, cot, bottle warmer, etc.
