Mint Julep cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. Bourbon – 60 ml

2. Cocoa liqueur (brown) – 22 ml

3. Mint – a couple of branches

4. Ice is crashing

How to make a cocktail

1. Muddle a handful of mint leaves in a bowl or special julep cup.

2. Then take a couple of new petals and rub them around the rim of your glass so that some of the essential oils come out.

3. Add cocoa cream and bourbon and mix well with a bar spoon.

4. Pour crushed ice into a glass and stir again.

5. Now add another handful of ice to form a hat, garnish it with a sprig of mint.

6. Serve with a short straw.
