For a classic recipe, you need to take 120 g of fresh mint leaves, 600 g of sugar, 70 ml of liquid pectin, 500 ml of apple cider vinegar, 250 ml of filtered water and 2 drops of green food coloring:

  1. Rinse the leaves and dry in a sieve. Lightly crush with your hands and chop coarsely. Transfer the raw materials to the pan, cover with sugar, mix thoroughly and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Add water and vinegar, put the mass on a small fire. As soon as there are signs that the mass is boiling, pour in the pectin and dye.
  3. Turn off the fire after one minute. Pour the mass through gauze, pour into clean jars. Place a sheet of parchment under the lid and roll up.

With strawberry
