Inflammation makes itself felt with the following signs:

– heaviness and pain in the lower abdomen, sometimes in the lower back,

– there may be a rise in temperature,

– frequent desires to run to the toilet “in a small way” turn out to be deceiving, a burning sensation and pain at the end of the process.

Measures of salvation

Dealing with the problem on your own is not only useless, but also dangerous, so you must definitely go to an appointment with a urologist. For effective treatment, it is first necessary to determine the causative agent of the infection, and only after that the doctor will be able to prescribe a medicine directed against this particular bacterium. Treatment lasts an average of one and a half weeks, and then another two to three weeks you need to follow a diet and take herbal preparations. If treated incorrectly, then acute inflammation can turn into chronic and provoke the appearance of kidney inflammation.

Just swallowing pills for a quick and complete recovery is not enough.

To prepare a medicinal cranberry juice, take 100 g of frozen berries, pour boiling water, crush, add sugar to taste and leave for half an hour. Strain and drink 1/2 cup in the morning.

Help your body fight infection.

– The first days, observe bed rest and dress in warm home clothes.

– Refrain from sex.

– Do not eat spicy, salty, spicy, pickled, canned food, do not drink alcohol, coffee, Coca-Cola, Pepsi, tomato juice. These foods irritate the lining of the bladder. Include vegetables, fruits, cooked and stews in your menu.

– Drink as much non-carbonated mineral water as possible. Prepare a drink from cranberries, this berry contains many vitamins and substances that increase the effectiveness of drugs, including antibiotics. Teas with rose hips, lemongrass, viburnum, currant leaves, St. John’s wort, linden trees will also help you. They have a strengthening and mild diuretic effect.

– If the doctor diagnosed you with cystitis, do foot baths. Add eucalyptus, lavender and sandalwood oil to warm water in a basin. Keep your feet in it for 10-15 minutes 1-2 times a day. Put on warm socks after the bath.
