On this occasion, various organizations such as Bsouc Tour, Spanish fine wines, la cuadrilla de Zuia, with the sponsorship of institutions such as the Provincial Council of Alava, along with food and beverage brands such as Estella Damm They have promoted these miniature days of culinary creation and practice.
Today it is vital for hospitality establishments to go one step further by providing their customers with quality bars and varied menus.
The days will begin on Sunday, March 1, with the opening to all audiences, where the little ones will be able to develop a children’s workshop on preparation and training.
The day will conclude with an open dinner where you can taste each of the miniatures and delicacies that will be developed later in the professional event. Its birth was in 2014, and now this second edition is being held in order to publicize and create a forum for debate, on the method and processes of elaboration of the “pintxos” O High gastronomy miniatures.

- The Iparralde Pintxos Champion, Pascal Etcheverria.
- The 2014 Champion of Pintxos of Euskal Herria, Jesús Iñigo.
- The Minimal Master 2014, Igor Rodríguez
- The Runner-up of the X National Contest of Pinchos and Tapas 2014, Helena Rodríguez.
- The Winner of the Pincho de Oro in the Valladolid provincial championship of pinchos and tapas, Jose Ignacio Castrodeza.
