The compact and multifunctional mini oven is much more convenient than a standard hob, which takes up a lot of space. Portable appliances can be placed almost anywhere in the kitchen. And the dishes cooked in the mini-oven are no different from the dishes made in the oven.

Dishes in a mini oven: benefits

Ingredients:

– chicken fillet – 1 kg;

– white wine – 125 ml;

– bouillon cube – 1 piece;

– olive oil – 2 tablespoons;

– garlic – 1 clove;

– salt, pepper, basil and sage leaves – to taste.

The chicken must be washed and dried. Then you need to put the fillet pieces in a bowl and cover them with the crushed bouillon cube. Next, add a clove of garlic (whole), salt and olive oil to the dish. The resulting mixture must be poured with white wine.

Before cooking, you need to preheat the mini-oven to 230 ° C. The dish needs to be heated for about 75 minutes by placing it in the middle of the oven. In this case, the pieces of chicken should be turned over so that they are baked evenly.

Sparkling white wine is best for this dish.

Ingredients:

– pizza dough – 800 grams;

– soft cheese – 100 grams;

– hard cheese – 300 grams;

– Swiss cheese (grated) – 4 tablespoons;

– salami – 200 grams;

– eggs – 4 pieces;

– tomatoes (grated) – 4 tablespoons;

– marjoram – 2 tablespoons;

– herbal mixture – 1 tablespoon;

– olive oil – 5 tablespoons;

– salt and black pepper – to taste.

Mix the marjoram with the eggs and add the pre-grated hard cheese to them. The resulting mass must be seasoned with pepper and salt. Then you need to cut the salami into thin slices. To these should be added grated soft and Swiss cheese. All this needs to be poured with marjoram and eggs sauce.

Next, you need to roll out 4 circles of the same size from the dough (about 20 cm each). Place them on a baking sheet. After that, on the future pizza, you need to lay out the filling from a mixture of cheese and salami. The edges of the dough must be pinched gently. Then add tomatoes and herbs to the dish. Cook the pizza in the mini oven for about 20 minutes.

This oven is also suitable for making hot sandwiches. It can even be used like a regular toaster.

Ingredients:

– flour – 200 grams;

– jam (preferably plum) – 1 jar;

– sugar – 100 grams;

– egg yolk – 3 pieces;

– butter and margarine – 100 grams;

– lemon zest, salt – to taste.

Sugar and flour must be mixed. To them should be added egg yolks, lemon zest, a pinch of salt, as well as pre-softened margarine and butter. Beat the mass until smooth. For this recipe, you can take ready-made dough, but it is better to cook the dish yourself.

The mixture should be thick enough to roll into balls. They should be sprinkled with flour and left in the refrigerator for a while, covered with a cloth.

You can leave a few strips of dough to decorate the dish.

After that, roll the “balls” into the cake and put it on a greased baking sheet. Pour the jam on top, then wrap the edges of the pie. The dough should be baked in a mini oven preheated to 200 ° C for about 35 minutes.
