Ingredients:
any canned fish (sardine, saury, pink salmon, salmon, etc.), which of them you like the most,
4-5 hard-boiled eggs
one small onion
one boiled carrot,
mayonnaise,
dill,
salt, black ground pepper.
How to cook: prepare all the ingredients, peel and grate the carrots. Do the same with the eggs, while separating the whites from the yolks. Finely chop the onion. Remove canned fish from water and knead well. Now comes the fun part. We lay out the layers in this order (we coat each layer with mayonnaise, lightly salt and pepper):
canned fish,
bow,
half of the proteins
carrot,
half the yolks,
the second half of the proteins.
Cover the last layer evenly with mayonnaise, decorate with the remaining grated yolks and a sprig of dill.
